Riley N. Van Meter

Riley N. Van Meter, 90, of Timber Pines, Spring Hill, died Sunday (Jan. 11, 1998). Born in Shirley, Ind., he came here 14 years ago from Jacksonville. He was a supervisor for the IRS Southeast Region and was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. He was a Navy veteran and a Shriner. Survivors include his wife, Edith; a daughter, Joann Conn, Los Angeles; a brother, George, Clyde, Ohio; one grandson; and one great-grandson. Brewer Memorial Funeral Home, U.S. 19, Spring Hill.
