Wert County Hospital.

Services will begin at 1 p.m. Monday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van

Wert. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.

Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
