David Joseph Van Meter

David Joseph Van Meter, 66, died Sunday, April 24, 2005, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.

He had managed the Angle Inn and worked part time at Swifty's, retired from the Air Force and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Ilene; two stepsons, Arthur and Robert Alan Scott; and four stepgrandchildren.

Services 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Gill Funeral Home.

Visitation is noon to service time.
